Job Summary:
Happy Soul Festival (HSF), a small innovative charity that utilises film and art forms to promote wellbeing and address stigma to Black and Minority Ethnic Communities, is seeking a Funding Manager to join their growing management team.

Under the direction of HSF’s Festival Manager, the Funding Manager will contribute to the overall fundraising strategy of the organisation and generate an agreed income target by researching, planning and completing funding applications and proposals to grant-making bodies and other potential funding avenues. You will have a proven track record in raising funds from grant-making bodies, trusts and foundations. You will have an in-depth knowledge and experience of diverse and ethnic communities and methods of engagement. And experience of working within the arts and culture sector is favourable.
